Pearl Aquino

Realtor

Buying or selling real estate is not just about earning commissions. It is about helping people with their goals and dreams and being sensitive to what’s more important to my clients: their lifestyle criteria, their budget, the right location, and the best deal. I understand that this is one of the major decisions in life. Being a homeowner myself, I can relate to what they go through as a buyer or a seller, and how this transaction can be overwhelmingly tedious.

My focus is to make their experience as smooth as possible, from helping them in filling out paper work, recommending properties that meet their lifestyle criteria, using every opportunity to market their property for sale through advertising, via the internet and holding a regular open house to give their property maximum exposure, to following up until their transaction closes. I believe in walking an extra mile for my clients; if you are a first- time homebuyer, I can educate you on getting into homeownership, the available loan programs, helping you get approved for that loan that best fit your need, and guiding you as you make one of the most important financial decisions in your life.

I am a member of The Inland Gateway Association of REALTORS, the California Assoc. of REALTORS, and the National Assoc. of REALTORS, which keep me updated with the latest real estate news and legislation, and hold me accountable to follow a strict standard of code of ethics. I also have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, major in accounting; so I can be geeky when it comes to creating budgets, calculating cost and income, and spending within your means.

Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, or a seasoned investor, I will make your goal of owning or selling real estate my personal goal, and I will work hard to provide you with unsurpassed professionalism, honesty and dependable service.

If you’re interested in any property in the Riverside, San Bernardino, Corona, or Orange County area, don’t hesitate to give me a call at (909) 856-4488. I will be happy to assist you.
