Aboutr 8 yrs ago you helped my boyfriend and I buy a house in San Jacinto Ca. My sister and her husband would like to purchase a home in San Jacinto also. They are looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. They are retired and annual income is 36k They would like to keep the payment around 500 a month and have 3k for a down payment.
