  1. We collect rents and disburse funds according to your direction. (We can also for added fees, pay bills,
    mortgage, property taxes, etc.)
  2. We take care of repairs, utilizing our vendors at a lower cost and pass that savings on to you. We can
    operate up to a set limit, or get your approval for each repair.
  3. We inspect your property on a regular basis and enforce all aspects of the Lease Agreement. Initiating the
    first steps needed for legal action if necessary, protecting your property from neglectful tenants.
